No. Opening a Yeeld account does **not** require a credit check, and applying for an account will **not affect your credit score**. --- Why Don't You Run Credit Checks? A Yeeld account isn't a credit product. When you apply for a Yeeld account, we'll verify your identity as part of our regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, but we don't assess your creditworthiness because you're not applying to borrow money. --- What Checks Will Be Carried Out? Although we don't perform a credit check, we'll ask you to complete identity verification. This helps us: - Confirm your identity. - Protect your account from fraud. - Meet our legal and regulatory obligations. - Keep the Yeeld platform safe for all customers. --- Will This Affect My Credit Score? No. Your application for a Yeeld account will not impact your credit score because no credit search is carried out as part of the application process. --- What If I Apply for a Credit Product in the Future? If Yeeld introduces products that involve borrowing, such as loans or other forms of credit, different checks may apply.
