How Do I Approve (3DS) Online Payments Made With My Virtual Card?

Learn how to securely approve 3D Secure (3DS) online payments made with your Yeeld virtual card using the app.

When you make an online payment with your Yeeld virtual card, some merchants may ask for extra security through 3D Secure (3DS). This helps protect you from fraud and ensures the payment is authorised by you.

Here’s how to approve a 3DS payment:

  1. Once the payment is initiated, you’ll receive a notification in the Yeeld app asking you to approve the transaction.

  2. Open the Yeeld app.

  3. On the Home Page, just below “Hello, [Your Name]”, you’ll see a button prompting you to approve the payment.

  4. Tap the button and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the transaction.

  5. You may also see a notification icon in the top-right corner—tap this to view the full details of your 3DS request.
