[Card Issues and Troubleshooting](https://help.yeeld.com/yeeld-card-services?hsLang=en-gb#card-issues-and-troubleshooting) # How Do I Cancel a Recurring Card Payment? ## Stop future payments to a merchant directly from the app. If you’ve set up a recurring card payment (for example, a subscription or regular service), you can cancel it directly in the Yeeld app. Here’s how: ### **To Cancel a Recurring Card Payment:** 1. Open the **Yeeld app** 2. Navigate to **Accounts** 3. Tap the **three dots** in the top-right corner 4. Select **Recurring Payments** 5. Find the payment you want to cancel (linked to the correct card) 6. Tap **Cancel Recurring Payment** Once cancelled, the merchant will no longer be able to take payments using your card.
