How Do I Cancel a Recurring Card Payment?

Stop future payments to a merchant directly from the app.

If you’ve set up a recurring card payment (for example, a subscription or regular service), you can cancel it directly in the Yeeld app.

Here’s how:

To Cancel a Recurring Card Payment:

  1. Open the Yeeld app

  2. Navigate to Accounts

  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner

  4. Select Recurring Payments

  5. Find the payment you want to cancel (linked to the correct card)

  6. Tap Cancel Recurring Payment

Once cancelled, the merchant will no longer be able to take payments using your card. However, you may still need to cancel the subscription or agreement with the merchant directly to avoid service issues.

If you don’t see the recurring payment listed, reach out via the Help section in the app and the Yeeld Team will assist you.
