How Do I Update My Personal Details?

It's important to keep your personal details up to date so we can keep your account secure and ensure your information remains accurate.

You can update some details directly within the Yeeld app, while others require additional identity verification.

Updating Your Email Address or Mobile Number

You can update your registered email address or mobile number by:

  1. Opening the Yeeld app.
  2. Going to More.
  3. Selecting My Details.

For security reasons, you'll need access to both:

  • Your current email address or mobile number.
  • Your new email address or mobile number.

This helps us verify that you're the account holder before making any changes.

Lost Access to Your Email or Mobile Number?

If you've lost access to your current email address or mobile number, you'll need to contact our support team.

We'll carry out alternative identity verification before updating your account.

Changing Your Name

If you've legally changed your name, for example following marriage or by deed poll, we'll need to verify your new identity before updating your account.

To request a name change:

  • Contact support@yeeld.com.
  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID showing your new legal name.

As this affects your identity records, we'll complete a fresh identity verification (KYC) before updating your account.

Changing Your Home Address

If you've moved home, it's important to update your address as soon as possible.

To change your registered address:

  • Contact support@yeeld.com.
  • Provide an accepted proof of address showing your name and your new address.

As part of this process, we'll carry out an address verification check before updating your records.

Why Do Some Changes Require Verification?

Certain personal details form part of the identity information we hold for regulatory purposes.

When these details change, we're required to verify the new information to help protect your account and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
