How Do I Manage My Security Settings?

Your account password
A 4-digit app passcode
Face ID or biometric authentication (where supported)
One-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number
Password reset emails sent to your registered email address

Together, these measures help ensure that only you can access your account.

Your 4-Digit App Passcode

Each time you sign in to Yeeld and start a new login session, you'll be asked to create a 4-digit app passcode.

Once you're signed in, your account remains securely logged in on your device. You'll use your 4-digit passcode to quickly access the app without needing to enter your email address and password every time.

If your device supports biometric authentication, you can also use Face ID instead of entering your passcode.

Signing In to Yeeld

When signing in to Yeeld, you'll need:

Your registered email address or mobile number
Your account password
A one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number

This extra layer of verification helps protect your account, even if someone knows your password.

What Happens If I Forget My App Passcode?

If you enter your 4-digit passcode incorrectly three times, you'll be automatically signed out of the app.

To sign back in:

Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
Enter your account password.
Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Create a new 4-digit passcode for your new login session.

What If I Forget My Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

Select Forgot Password from the sign-in screen.
Enter the mobile number linked to your Yeeld account.
Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
We'll send a password reset email to your registered email address.

For security, you should open the password reset email on the same device you're using to reset your password. The reset link is linked to that device and won't work on another device.

Using Face ID

If your device supports biometric authentication, you can enable Face ID to unlock the Yeeld app instead of entering your 4-digit passcode.

Your biometric information never leaves your device and is not stored by Yeeld.

Lost Access to Your Mobile Number or Email?

If you've lost access to the mobile number or email address registered to your Yeeld account, please contact our support team.

We'll verify your identity using alternative methods before helping you update your account details and restore access.
