Tracking Payment or Transfer Statuses

How to monitor the status of your payments

After making a payment or transfer, Yeeld allows you to track its status in real time.

The possible statuses include:

  • Successful: The payment has been processed without any issues.
  • Processing: The transaction is under review and has not yet been finalized.
  • Frozen: The payment is flagged for further investigation due to potential risks.
  • Cancelled: The payment was cancelled either by you or the Yeeld team.
  • Rejected: The transaction did not meet compliance standards.
  • Failed: The payment did not process due to an error.

You can view the status inside the transaction in question, and you will receive a notification once there is a change in status.
