Tracking Payment or Transfer Statuses
How to monitor the status of your payments
After making a payment or transfer, Yeeld allows you to track its status in real time.
The possible statuses include:
- Successful: The payment has been processed without any issues.
- Processing: The transaction is under review and has not yet been finalized.
- Frozen: The payment is flagged for further investigation due to potential risks.
- Cancelled: The payment was cancelled either by you or the Yeeld team.
- Rejected: The transaction did not meet compliance standards.
- Failed: The payment did not process due to an error.
You can view the status inside the transaction in question, and you will receive a notification once there is a change in status.
