Lost your phone? Here’s how to protect your account and get back into the Yeeld app on a new device.
If your phone is lost or stolen, it’s important to secure your Yeeld account straight away. Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Contact Us Immediately
Message Yeeld Customer Support via the in-app chat on another device, or email us at support@yeeld.com. Our team will remotely disable the app on your lost device to help keep your account secure.
Step 2: Use Yeeld on Other Devices
If you've previously logged into Yeeld on a tablet or another device, you’ll still be able to access your account from there.
Step 3: Logging In on Your New Phone
Once you have your new device:

Download the Yeeld app from the App Store or Google Play Store

Log in using your registered mobile number
If your mobile number has changed, contact us first via email or in-app chat so we can verify your identity and help you regain access.
