If you have previously closed your Yeeld account but wish to reopen it, follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Go to the ‘More’ section in the app and select ‘Contact Us.’ You can reach out to our customer care team via chat, phone, or email.

Re-verification Process: Be prepared to go through the verification process again, including submitting identification documents and completing KYC requirements.
Note on Transaction Records:
- Be aware that, as per legal requirements, all your previous transactions will be retained for a minimum of 7 years, even if you choose to reopen your account.
