How Do I Change My Password or App Passcode?

Your Yeeld account is protected by two separate security credentials:

  • Your account password, which is used when signing in.
  • Your 4-digit app passcode, which allows you to quickly unlock the app after you've signed in.

You can reset either of these if needed.

Changing Your Account Password

If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do so from your account settings.

If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password from the sign-in screen.

You'll then need to:

  1. Enter the mobile number registered to your Yeeld account.
  2. Verify your identity using the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Open the password reset email we send you.
  5. Create your new password.

Important: For security reasons, the password reset email should be opened on the same device you're using to reset your password. The reset link is linked to that device and won't work elsewhere.

Resetting Your 4-Digit App Passcode

Your 4-digit app passcode is linked to your current login session.

If you've forgotten it, simply enter the wrong passcode three times.

You'll be automatically signed out of the app.

To regain access:

  1. Sign in again using your email address or mobile number.
  2. Enter your account password.
  3. Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Create a new 4-digit app passcode for your new login session.

Using Face ID

If your device supports biometric authentication, you can use Face ID instead of entering your 4-digit app passcode to unlock the app.
