Forgotten Password: How Do I Recover Access to My Yeeld Account?

If you've forgotten your Yeeld account password, you can reset it quickly and securely from the sign-in screen.

Our password recovery process is designed to confirm your identity before allowing you to create a new password.

How Do I Reset My Password?

To reset your password:

1. Open the Yeeld app.
2. Select Forgot Password from the sign-in screen.
3. Enter the mobile number registered to your Yeeld account.
4. Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
5. Enter the email address linked to your account.
6. We'll send a password reset email to your registered email address.
7. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Once your password has been reset, you can sign in using your new password.

Important

For security reasons, you should open the password reset email on the same device you're using to reset your password.

The password reset link is linked to your device and won't work if opened elsewhere.

What If I Don't Receive the Email?

If you haven't received your password reset email:

• Check your Junk or Spam folder.
• Make sure you've entered the correct email address.
• Wait a few minutes, as delivery can occasionally take a short time.

If you've lost access to either the email address or mobile number registered to your Yeeld account, you'll need to contact support@yeeld.com.

We'll carry out alternative identity verification before helping you recover access to your account.
