How Can I Change My Phone or Device?

If you’ve got a new phone or device, here’s how to log back into your Yeeld account — even if you’ve changed your mobile number.

If you've switched phones or devices, you can still access your Yeeld account in just a few steps. Here’s how to get set up again securely.


Logging In on Your New Device

  1. Download the Yeeld app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Open the app and tap Log in.

  3. Enter the mobile number linked to your account and follow the prompts.

Please make sure the device you’re using is yours only, and secure with a screen lock or passcode.


If You’ve Also Changed Your Mobile Number

If you still have access to the Yeeld app on your old device:

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap on your current mobile number.

  4. Follow the instructions to update it.


No Access to Your Old Device?
