How Do I Freeze or Unfreeze My Yeeld Card?
Take control of your Yeeld card security directly from the app.
If you've lost your Yeeld Visa card or just want to take extra precautions, you can freeze it instantly from the app. This will stop any new transactions from going through until you’re ready to use it again.
To Freeze or Unfreeze Your Card:

Open the Yeeld app

Tap on ‘Cards’ in the main menu

Select the relevant card (virtual or physical)

Use the toggle switch to freeze or unfreeze your card
Freezing your card won’t affect any pending payments or direct debits, but it will stop all new card-based transactions — both in-store and online.
You can unfreeze it at any time using the same steps above.
