Yeeld’s in-app chat offers a quick and convenient way to get help directly from your device. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Open the Yeeld App: Navigate to the ‘More’ section at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select ‘Contact Us’: Tap on ‘Contact Us’ to open the chat feature.

  3. Start Chatting: A support chat window will open where you can type your query. Live agents are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  4. Chat via the Website: Alternatively, visit yeeld.com and start a chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
