How to Navigate and Use Stories in the Yeeld App
Guidance on accessing and utilising the two types of Stories available in the Yeeld app
Stories in the Yeeld app serve two primary purposes: to help new users navigate different sections and to provide ongoing educational content. Here’s how to access and use both types of Stories:
1. Onboarding Stories
When you first download the Yeeld app, you’ll see Stories designed to guide you through the features of specific pages. These Stories work like a setup wizard, helping you familiarise yourself with each section of the app.
-
Accessing Onboarding Stories:
These Stories will automatically appear the first time you navigate to a new page within the app. For example, when you visit the ‘Home’ or ‘Accounts’ tabs, the onboarding Stories will provide a walkthrough of the features and options available on that page. -
Completing Onboarding Stories:
Simply watch the Stories to learn how to use the page. Once viewed, these Stories will not reappear, ensuring your app experience remains clutter-free.
2. Educational Stories
Educational Stories provide ongoing insights, tips, and guidance to help you understand and use Yeeld's features effectively. These Stories remain accessible on certain key pages.
-
Where to Find Educational Stories:
You can access these Stories on the following pages:- Home: Offers a dynamic mix of content, including educational tips, cashback offers, feature updates, and spending insights, designed to keep you informed and engaged with the app.
- Portfolio (Investments): To educate you about different investment products, such as piggy banks, ISAs, GIAs, and SIPPs, and how to maximise their potential.
- Cards: To provide information on using your cards, managing card settings, and learning about cashback offers and rewards.
-
Viewing and Engaging with Educational Stories:
Tap on the Story icons to view them. You can navigate through the Stories by tapping on the screen or swiping left to move to the next one. These Stories are always accessible and will update periodically with new content to help you stay informed.
By using both types of Stories, you can quickly get up to speed with the app's features and continuously learn about the financial tools and options available to you.
