If you ever need help while using the Yeeld app, several in-app support features are available to assist you:
Accessing In-App Support:
- Go to the ‘More’ section at the bottom of the screen.
- You have two main support options:

Help Centre (Knowledge Base):
- Select ‘Help Centre’ to access a comprehensive knowledge base with articles covering various topics, from managing accounts to understanding Yeeld features.
- Use the search bar within the Help Centre to find articles relevant to your query.

Penny, the AI Bot:
- Ask Penny, the interactive AI bot, directly for help with common questions like "How do I transfer funds?" or "How do I change my passcode?" Penny provides quick, step-by-step guidance on a wide range of topics.
Contacting Customer Support:
- If further assistance is needed:
- Select ‘Contact Us’ in the ‘More’ section.
- You will be directed to our customer care team and can choose from the available contact methods: chat, phone, or email.
