I’ve Been Charged But My Order Hasn’t Arrived – What Should I Do?
How to get your money back if you’ve paid for something that never turned up.
Step One: Contact the Company Directly
Start by getting in touch with the company you placed the order with. It’s often the fastest way to sort things out.
If you used a service like PayPal, or the item was sent by courier, contact them too.
When to Raise a Dispute
You should wait up to 30 calendar days for delivery, unless you paid for faster shipping. If the item still hasn’t arrived and you’ve had no luck with the company, you can raise a dispute.
How to Raise a Dispute in the Yeeld App:
-
Open the Yeeld app
-
Tap Accounts and select the relevant transaction
-
Tap Dispute Transaction
-
Choose “I’ve got a problem with the goods or service(s) I purchased”
-
Follow the steps to submit your case
What You’ll Need to Provide
We may ask for supporting evidence such as:
-
Proof of purchase
-
Shipping or delivery details
-
Screenshots of any chats or emails with the merchant
What Happens Next
We’ll review your case and try to recover the funds from the company. While we can’t guarantee success, we’ll do everything we can to help and assess your case fairly.
