My Card Hasn’t Arrived. What Should I Do?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your Yeeld Visa card to arrive by post. If it still hasn’t arrived after this time:

1. Open the Yeeld app

2. Go to the Cards section

3. Select ‘Reissue’ and follow the instructions

You can also add your Yeeld card to Apple Pay or Google Pay (if eligible) before your physical card arrives. Just head to Cards in the app and follow the prompts to add your card to your mobile wallet.

Tip: If you’ve previously had a Yeeld card, make sure to remove the old card from your wallet before adding the new one.
