Before you can close your Yeeld account, you need to fulfill certain requirements to ensure a secure closure:

Zero Balance:

  • Your account must have a zero balance. If there are any remaining funds, you must transfer them out of your Yeeld account to an external account.

Feedback Submission:

  • You will be prompted to provide a reason for closing your account. This feedback helps us understand your decision and explore potential retention opportunities.

Security Verification:

  • To proceed with account closure, you will need to verify your identity by entering your password and an OTP sent to your registered device.

Retention of Transaction Logs:

  • Even after your account is closed, we are required by law to retain a log of all your transactions for a minimum of 7 years to comply with regulatory standards.
