In-App Chat: Available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can access chat support via the Yeeld app in ‘More’ > ‘Contact Us’ or on our website at yeeld.com.

Phone Support: You can speak with a live agent during the same hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
