If you receive a suspicious text or email claiming to be from Yeeld — don’t click any links or respond with personal details.

Here’s what to do instead:

  1. Do not engage with the message – avoid clicking any links or replying with information.

  2. Take a screenshot of the message or email.

  3. Report it to us immediately by heading to the Help section in the app and starting a chat with our team.

Once you’ve reported it, we recommend deleting the message from your inbox or device.
