    Once your Yeeld account has been successfully closed, you'll receive a confirmation email and your access to the platform will end.

    You'll Receive a Confirmation Email

    Once we've completed your account closure request, we'll send you an email confirming that your account has been successfully closed.

    This confirms that the closure process is complete.


    Your Access Will End

    After your account has been closed, you'll no longer be able to access:

    • Your Yeeld profile
    • Penny AI
    • Cashback rewards
    • Yeeld GBP account
    • Yeeld Visa cards
    • Investment accounts, including ISAs, GIAs and SIPPs
    • Any other Yeeld products or services

    What Happens to My Personal Data?

    We handle your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our regulatory obligations.

    Where we are no longer required to retain your personal information, it will be securely deleted.

    However, some information must be retained for legal and regulatory purposes, including requirements relating to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, tax, and financial regulation. This information is stored securely and retained only for as long as required.


    Will My Transaction History Be Deleted?
