  • In-App Chat: Access the support chat directly within the Yeeld app. Go to ‘More’ > ‘Contact Us’ to start chatting with our support team. You can also start a chat via our website at yeeld.com.

  • Phone Support: Speak directly to a customer support agent over the phone. Live agents are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This option is ideal for urgent or complex issues.

  • Email Support: You can email us at support@yeeld.com. Our team responds within 24 hours for general inquiries and within 4 hours for urgent issues.

  • Knowledge Base & FAQs: Use our extensive in-app knowledge base for self-service support. This resource is available 24/7 and contains detailed articles and guides on various topics.
