What Should I Do If I Lose My Apple Device?

If you lose an Apple device that’s set up with Apple Pay, here’s what to do to protect your Yeeld card:

1. Freeze Your Card in the Yeeld App
   Open the app, go to the Cards section, and freeze your card. This will automatically suspend it in Apple Wallet too.

2. Use Apple’s Find My Feature

   • Place your device in Lost Mode using the Find My iPhone app.

   • Or log in to iCloud.com and choose Remove All Cards to disable Apple Pay remotely.

3. Unfreeze If Found
   If you find your device, simply unfreeze your Yeeld card in the app and Apple Wallet will update automatically.
