Access all your statements, agreements, policies and important documents from the My Documents section of the Yeeld app.

Where Can I Find All My Documents?

The My Documents section gives you one place to view and download all of your important Yeeld documents, including statements, agreements and policy documents.

To access it:

  1. Open the Yeeld app.
  2. Tap More from the bottom navigation.
  3. Select My Documents.

From here, you can browse and download all documents associated with your account.

What Documents Can I Find?

Account Statements

View and download your monthly Yeeld GBP account statements to keep a record of your transactions and account activity.

Investment Statements

If you have investment accounts with Yeeld, you'll find statements for each product in separate folders, including:

  • ISA
  • GIA
  • SIPP

This makes it easy to find the documents you need for your records or tax purposes.

Cashback Statements

View a history of your cashback rewards, including details of rewards you've earned through eligible purchases.

Policies, Terms and Agreements

You'll also find copies of the important documents that govern your use of Yeeld and its services, including:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Platform policies
  • Yeeld GBP Account agreements
  • Investment account terms
  • Other legal and regulatory documents

What Happens When Policies Change?

From time to time, we may update our policies and agreements.

For minor updates, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Yeeld after these changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

For major updates, you'll be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in before you can continue using the app.

Each document displays:

  • The policy version
  • The date you accepted that version

This information can be found at the bottom of the document.

Can I Download My Documents?

Yes.

Every document in the My Documents section can be:

  • Viewed directly within the Yeeld app
  • Downloaded as a PDF for your own records

This allows you to keep copies whenever you need them.
