How Do Rewards Work?

Earn rewards automatically on eligible purchases, track them in-app, and withdraw your Yeeld Coins as cash or use them to boost your finances.

Yeeld rewards you for everyday spending—without needing to activate offers or scan receipts. Everything is designed to be automatic, simple, and seamless.

How rewards work

When you connect your bank accounts to Yeeld, or use your Yeeld account:

  • We securely monitor your transactions using open banking
  • If you spend with an eligible retailer, a reward is triggered
  • Yeeld then claims the reward on your behalf using integrated, card-linked technology

There’s nothing you need to do—rewards happen in the background.

What are Yeeld Coins?

Rewards are paid in Yeeld Coins:

  • 100 Yeeld Coins = £1
  • Coins can be tracked, managed, and withdrawn within the app

Reward statuses explained

Rewards go through a few stages before being available:

  • Pending
    We’ve detected your transaction and raised the reward
  • Processing (behind the scenes)
    We submit the reward claim to the retailer on your behalf
  • Completed
    The retailer has approved the reward, and it’s now available to use

Some retailers take longer than others:

  • Retailers with returns policies may delay approval
  • Restaurants and instant services are usually quicker

This ensures rewards are only issued on valid, completed purchases.

Where to find your rewards

You can access your rewards in several ways:

  • Home screen
    Tap your rewards wallet in the Net Worth section
  • Home page spotlight
    View featured offers and top rewards
  • Rewards section
    Go to More → Rewards in the main menu

All routes take you to the same place.

Withdrawing your rewards

You can withdraw your rewards in two ways:

  • To your Yeeld account
    • Free
    • Instant
  • To an external bank account
    • Minimum withdrawal: £10
    • Fees may apply

Premium benefits

If you’re a Yeeld Companion (Premium) user:

  • Your rewards are doubled
  • You earn 2x Yeeld Coins on all eligible purchases

Tracking your rewards

In the Rewards section, you can:

  • View your reward history
  • See eligible transactions and withdrawals
  • Track reward statuses (pending → completed)

Statements and reports

You’ll receive a monthly rewards statement, which includes:

  • Coins earned
  • Coins withdrawn
  • Transaction summaries
  • Reward statuses

These are available:

  • In your “My Documents” section
  • Or directly from the Rewards page
