Yes. You can connect supported accounts through Yeeld on:

  • The Yeeld iOS app.
  • The Yeeld Android app.
  • The Yeeld web app.

The connection process may look slightly different depending on your device and provider, but you'll always be asked to authenticate securely with the provider you are connecting.

Is Chase Supported on Every Platform?

Chase connections are currently supported on mobile only.

This means you should connect your Chase current or savings account using the Yeeld app on iOS or Android rather than through the web app.

What If My Provider Is Not Listed?

The list of supported providers may change as Open Banking coverage develops.

The latest list will be displayed when you select the option to connect an account within Yeeld. If your provider doesn't appear, it means the provider or account type isn't currently available to connect.

Can Every Account From a Supported Provider Be Connected?

Not necessarily.

A provider may support one account type but not another. For example:

  • A credit card provider may only allow its credit card to be connected.
  • A building society may only support savings accounts.
  • A digital provider may support current and business accounts but not credit cards.
  • Some providers may only make certain eligible accounts available through Open Banking.

The accounts shown during the connection process are determined by your provider.

Is Connecting an Account Secure?

Yes.

Yeeld uses secure Open Banking technology to connect your accounts. When connecting an account, you'll be redirected to your provider to confirm the connection using its normal security process.

Yeeld doesn't ask for or store your online banking password or provider security credentials.
